Great place, great location, everything you need one little problem, it would help if the coach took you to collect the keys and then we could have got a taxi to torre gerona. As it was our first time in 20 years it was not easy to find, other than that a great place.

4th year at these apartments and can compare favourably with 3 others in Leavante. central location, secure parking, two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, kitchen and kettle/toaster, etc, large balcony, sea views above 7th floor, 2 lifts, Excellent value. 100 Euro returnable deposit, keys must be collected from one of two different locations depending on arrival time - if you are on foot or you dont know your way around, this can be a problem. Will be staying here again next year.

Review of Torre Gerona
08 May 2007
Just back from a week staying in this apartment block that was, for the most part, very good.
Good stuff.
The apartment was as expected for what we paid, clean and had all the space we needed. Washing machine provided which helped.
The pool, although small proved adequate for a refreshing dip at the end of the day.
Bad stuff.
Finding it - arriving after dark in pouring rain it was impossible to locate even though I knew where it was, we eventually found it by asking someone at the pub opposite who happened to be staying there also.
Getting the keys was easy, I planned ahead and knew where to go for the 'night' office but they didn't give us the key for the car park so I had to leave the hirecar parked on the street unsure of whether I needed a ticket. Next morning I obtained the key from the 'day' office who also gave me a second set of keys which were useful. The offices are both a bit of a walk from the apartments themselves, but doable.
The washing machine was very useful but not simple to use, I think the program selector was broken.
The toaster provided didn't stay down and, despite this being reported on the first day and being told someone would be out, nothing was done during the week.
The door to the balcony - this could be closed from the inside locking anyone outside out and is, in the opinion of myself and partner, hazardous - if locked out you've no choice but to call for help. Apparently this is how the doors are so be careful.
Noise - it wasn't too bad, but early in the evening there was a considerable amount of noise from the pubs opposite downstairs, although this didn't pose a problem for either adult or the kids - worth considering if you're a particularly light sleeper.
All in all the apartment provided a good place to rest and sleep being close enough to everything we needed and having no holiday stopping faults. I would like to see the balcony door changed and if you're taking a car inform them beforehand that you'll want the car park key.
The entrances are on the Calle Gerona between Avenida de Mallorca and Avenida de Filipinas.

Review of 'Torre Gerona'
02 February 2007
second year we have stayed in this accommodation, having previously stayed at many other hotels and apartments in Benidorm where we go each January to play golf locally. Torre Gerona is in a good central location with clean rooms and adequate facilities to enable you to do a bit of cooking, etc, though why you would want to when you can get a full English breakfast for less than a fiver, I don't know. Secure parking for the hire car and the rooms are not noisy despite being near the action. BUT make sure you know where to get the key when you first arrive - the pick up location can be some distance from the apartments.

Review of 'TORRE GERONA'

First make sure you know where to get the key - check the Torre Gerona website. Good central location, rooms and standard of equipment are clean and in good condition. Bearing in mind we went in January, despite being near to the Square there was little noise at night. Secure parking and easy to get in and out. Have tried many apartments in Benidorm but this is the best so far and will definitely stay here next year.

accommodation well situated but a bit of a hike to collect the keys. If flying out late and you check out at 10 am problem with leaving suitcases apart from that well situated close to the town centre a bit noisy but you can't have everything. Apartment very clean and well equipped.
