We found the hotel quite centrally located, within easy access of both the underground, and some decent shopping facilities. Comfortable sized room, with comfortable beds, and a great breakfast. Our only qualms - very small shower (with an irritating and smelly shower curtain), and we requested a non-smoking room, but ours did reek of stale smoke (but that is consistent with loads of hotels through Europe).
Flights were delayed, so we checked in very late (after 1am), and the staff did so with a smile.
Overall, a favourable experience.
