VERY good accommodation
13 August 2008
We stayed there for a week in July, there were 5 of us ranging from 13 years of age to 52 years of age. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which actually turned out to be a 3-bed, WITH two bathrooms! Delighted! It is really well located in Costa Adeje, sheets and towels were changed almost TOO frequently, and we only ever saw one cockroach. Patio and balcony areas were fab and spacious, and staff couldn't do enough to help.
Thinking strongly about returning with my friends next year. Highly recommended.

01 August 2008
Holidayed from the 18th July to the 25th 2008.
A fantastic value for money apartment. Not the best but, if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient and less expensive than most, this is THE place to stay.
We are both very close to 60, and the location could not be better. The cleanliless of the place is of a high standard too.

Fantastic Value For Money
21 June 2008
We have just returned from a week stay here. The hotel was alot better than i expected for the price i paid. I would recommend to anyone that wants a cheap break. These apartments are basic but have everything you need. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble and everything is dealt with very quickly.

two and a helf weeks at Tinerfe Garden
18 October 2007
Tinerfe Garden staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. The accommodation was basic but good, shall we say like ourselves elderly and becoming slightly tired. The service excellent, as many towels daily as you needed, fresh bed linen, rooms cleaned, very efficient altogether. Only gripe was about two bars across the main road who belt out loud music and Karoke till all hours otherwise a good cheap place to stay.

A week at Tinerfe Gardens
05 June 2007
Firstly know how to prounounce it, it is Tin-er-fee Gardens. Useful for taxi drivers. Also Costa A-dek-ee.
Lovely surprise when we got there we booked two bed appartment and got three bed, two bathroom with two balconies! Very close to the very clean pool. As others have written it is basic and cleaned regularly. Very spacious, plenty of storage. In need of an update. Clean towels by the dozen, staff vey helpful as were all residents on the island that we met. Supermarket close by with excellent prices, opens at 9.15am. Buses run along the main road or you can go to the bus station which is 10 minute walk. Even the Tenerife Symphony orchestra are only a short bus ride away. The slopes are down to the lovely beaches. But if you go right at the roundabout just down for the appartments , you will find an escalator both up and down for those who don't always want to walk up slopes. Grab the local newspaper. They are in english and are well worth looking through to find the market days. Don't forget to haggle with the tradres in the shops or at the markets. They expect it! Don't buy anything from the people on the streets, like scratch cards and special offers and free tickets to aqua parks. All big cons. Aqua park is a short walk from appartment. Find the best price locally not at the aquapark. Fab dolphin show there. In conclusion appartment good value for what we paid. Staff very helpful, no request was refused. Clean sheets and towels every other day. Large fridge and freezer. Lots of hot water. Good food . good shops and most important lots of sunshine. Booze cheaper on the island than duty free! Taxi fare from airport to tinerfe gardens around 21euro. Our children are 11 and 14 and enjoyed their visit.

08 April 2007
Just got back on the 7th april 07. A groupof 14 of us stayed in the Tinerfe Gardens. We had a mixture of studios, 1 bedroomed apt, and 2 bedroomed apt. Found the Tinerfe Gardens excellent for the money we had paid for this holiday. Did not pay alot of money for these apt so was really not knowing what to expect but i was very suprised. All apt very big, clean and in a very good area. I would recommend the tinerfe gardens to anyone. Good value for money and would definitely go back - hoping to in Nov 07.

Have just returned from our third very enjoyable stay at these very friendly and well located bungalow style appartments. The staff are exceptionally helpful and most have been there for the last 5 or more years. The owner of the complex stays on the site and it is quiet and staff and has a security guard who patrols the complex from midnight till mornng, maid service 5 days a week with towels changfed every day and bed linen 3 times. Fantastastic resturants all within easy walking distance and we highly recommend EL Gomera and The King and I well worth a visit. There is a great harbour at Puerto Colon with loads of activities, not to be missed.

I have been going to Tenerife now for 6 years and have stayed at the Tinerfe Gardens 5 times. It is ideal for all types and is spacious even the studios and apartments give you the feeling of space. The only draw back I had this year was the weather as for the last few days it was cloudy yet still very warm. I would recommend the Tinerfe Gardens to anyone as all staff are friendly and speak very good english. It is 2star so dont expect anything special but the rooms are pleasant and I havent had any problems with them and if there was they would soon be sorted out by the janitor.

Having been to this area many times I was looking forward to my holiday, and wasn't disappointed. As a party of three, we booked a two bedroom apartment and were amazed at the spaciousness of it. The apartment had everything we needed for a self catering holiday (not that we cooked, but it's always handy to have) - an over, hob, with four rings, kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer. We had two toilets (always a plus!), a TV (payable at €1 per half hour), and a safe (€14 per week). There was a large patio, with table and chairs and sunbeds. The pool is small, but plently of free sunbeds and a small pool bar serving snacks. The whole complex looks a little tired, but for what you pay, who cares. All in all excellent value for money, and a fantastic part of Tenerife to holiday, with bars, restaurants and beach right on your doorstep.

Review of 'TINERFE GARDEN'
25 February 2006
As a family of 5 it is difficult to find accommadation- we stayed in a duplex apartment on 2 floors which sleeps upto 6. The apartment was spacious with 2 double bedrooms upstairs and 2 beds downstairs. The apartment was cleaned/towels changed every other day, it was clean - we didn't see a cockroach at all! the furnishings look a bit dated but are adequate. The kitchen has a cooker (with a slow hob)- good sized fridge freezer and kettle. There is a clean pool area and bar - the only downside being that its not a heated pool - too cold to use during our stay (Feb 2006).
Outside is a large patio with sun loungers and chairs - very civilised! The complex was very quiet with mostly families or older people staying - we had an apartment at the back of the complex away from the road and it was very peaceful.
There is no air conditioning - fans can be hired at reception which might make the apartments a bit hot in the summer - but we never visit then!
The apartments are on the top of a steep slope - but then most of Tenerife is on some slope or other being a volcanic island! They are well placed to one of the largest supermarkets in Playa - just turn left out of the complex walk about 250 yards upto the island (has big red metal palm trees on the corner of the shopping complex the 'supermacdo' is down the steps below the ground level shops. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away closest beach is Torviscas beach.
Taxi to the airport should be about 24 Euro's - reception will book you a taxi for the cost of 30c for the 'phone call.
- overall good value for money.

Was a little hesitant about Tinerfe Garden when we arrived, as reception is on the main street. We were pleasantly surprised however when we opened the door to our studio. Very clean and decently equipped. The maid service was very good, with a regular change of sheets and towels. We would have no hesitation with booking with Tinerfe Garden again. Position was also very convenient, being close to the bars and restaurants of the San Euginio District.

The Tinerfe Gardens are situated in the heart of Costa Adeje. They are in a perfect location. within easy walking distance of all the local bars and restuarants. There is entertainment to suit every age group. St Eugenes Bar is a great night out ! Las Americas is also walkable. The apartments were spotlessly clean with towels changed every second day. The complex has its own pool and pool bar and a small bar on site for evening. All the apartments are on the one level which is ideal if you have children or don`t like heights. We would definately recommend these apartments and will be going back ourselves.

Review of 'TINERFE GARDEN'
25 October 2005
The apartments were clean, spacious and well equipped although could do with a facelift but for what you pay you cannot complain. The apartment was 2 bedroom which were both upstairs along with the bathroom. Down stairs was a lounge, dining area and kitchen which has toaster, kettle (usually extra charge to rent), oven, hob, large 6 ft fridge freezer. Balcony had table n chairs as well as 4 full length sun loungers. Towels were plentiful n changed every other day. Pool area was nice n loads of sun beds n pool bar and pool table. There is a bar on site with Karaoke twice a week. Not open really late so no late night noise. Excellent location and loads of friendly bars and eating places in the immediuate facility. The Bahamas is a must on the sea front for those steak lovers. There is a very small bar next to snoopys to the right as you exit the complex really good cheap drinks, local spirt n mixer 3 euros £2.10 buy one get one free. The complex also offers money exchange at good rates commission free and you can book all sorts of trips from there at a very competitive rate cheaper than reps or touts. The Muscat is a very nice boat to go on 2 see the whales and dolphins not too big and packed. We were very pleased with our choice - even though we have stayed in tenerife 8 times this was our first visit 2 this complex and as Arny would say WE WILL BE BACK!

We visited the apts for the month of October 2004 (so much so that we are going for 3 weks this year) and found them to be basic but clean, comfortable with maid facilities 5days out of seven and clean towels and linen changed frequently (more so if asked). The staff were friendly and helpful and the complex is safe and has a 24hr reception. It is idealy situated to explore the wonderful island with loads of good restaurants to visit and enjoy, we can highly recommed the International at Puerto Colon slow service but fabulous food.

We go as a group to Tenerife every January, this time we stayed at the Tinerfe Gardens(14-21 Jan 05). We found the apts. in quite a good spot, small but adequate, the only downside of our week there, apart from unusually dull weather, was when the staff decided to pull out about 3 small grinders, lower the level of the pool, and start grinding off the flaking paint. We had to vacate the pool area because of the fumes, they said that no one would use the pool because of the weahter, but we didn't get a choice. The apts were a little tired looking and basic but we got a good deal thru' alpha so for the price we paid it turned out not too bad.

Review of 'TINERFE GARDEN'
05 May 2005
I stayed at these apartments November 2004. I would agree that they would benefit from a 'face lift' - perhaps some new furnishings. However, I am a lone traveller and found the apartment quite adequate and comfortable. It was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels and bed linens. I personally think it was very good value for money as I had an apartment for two but paid only for single use. I will again be travelling in 10 days time to Lanzarote and have booked through you again. I have no doubt that the apartment will be fine. Thank you alpa rooms for making it possible for a lone traveller to see things that would normally cost twice the price for under-occupancy.

Review of 'TINERFE GARDEN'

The complex is quite small but friendly. The pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds. You dont need to get up at the crack of dawn to get one either. The complex is close enough to walk in to Puerto Colone and along the coast to the local beaches. The complex itself is getting a bit run down. It is a mix private and commercial owned. The rooms are spaciouse with kitchen abd lounge downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The one we had was not very clean. The kitchen was poorly equiped and what was there had not been washed. The bathroom was dirty. Clean towels were provided every other day and beds changed twice a week.

These apartments represent good value for the money. They are spacious, clean and very central to all amenities inc. bars restaurants, shops and bus stops. There was a large terrace that because of the way the apts are laid out was not overlooked and very private. The pool and pool area was clean and there were plenty of free sunbeds. We felt safe as there is always someone at the gate at night so there was no roudiness or threats. The only down side was that the apartment needed updating. They are a bit 'tired' and in need of a total refurb and the TV was slot machine (1 euro for 1/2 hour)
