holiday was a total disaster. food covered in flies. not much choice. no evening entertainment. lounge not nice to sit in as furniture stained. not very clean. didnt talk to anyone who hadnt had a tummy upset. put us in wrong rooms twice before finding us our proper room this at 3am. new dining room like a works canteen. toilets smelt. bathroom antiquated. waiters sometimes ignored you. but mostly staff were pleasant. we were bitten by bugs and room had to be fumigated. furniture on balcony not clean. litter round pool. have been to this hotel previously and was good. The flies were the worst trouble. trying to eat and having to knock them off your food whilst eating.This hotel should certainly be downgraded and cleaned. Has put me off going to Sharm ever again. Who ever graded this hotel as 5 star must never have stayed there. 2 is all it deserved.

Me and my husband have just come back from 2 weeks here. The Hotel is very nice the pools excerlant. The food was ok some days not very nice other days spot on. The chez pascal was good cause they did English snacks, perfect for kids. Staff very friendly. The only thing that let this Hotel down for us was the Entertainment belly dancer, dancers, singer, never changed always the same Even the songs. We would go back but o nly for a week. We found the second week dragged a bit.

fantastic pool

Nicest pool I have ever been in. There is a lovely warm, shallow pool next to the new extension, which is great for kids. Shame that water park pool was too cold. Food not very good, but room was nice. Service good. Rugby scrum for bus to sandy beach. Kart track across road is very good.

Hotel has deteriorated since our last visit. The food was cold and not suited to the english. Management did not take complaints, of which there were many, seriously.

best holiday so far by far! going back in march 08 for 2 week the animation team very very good the staff very good but the food isnt the best but apart from that it was amazing.

Well where do I start? Best hotel I have ever been to .. from swimming with dolphins to just chilling out by the pool .. so relaxing and peaceful and me and my mate had a dead good time - we're going back next year and can't wait - so all I have to say is that this hotel was the BEST!!!xx

Just got back having spent a week at this great Hotel nice room great food loads of beer. The Hotel is first class the staff were fine friendly and would do anything for you We are going back next year.
The only one negative comment i have is that the vocal entertainers were not good but the Animation team were first class.

Its a very good resort, good service and excellent food!
The rooms are comfortable, not modern, very clean!
Not good.... lots off airplains are flying over!
