Pros: Very easy to find from the station, it only took 8 or 9 minutes to wals from Birmingham New Street. The rooms were very clean, and lovely smell of fresh flowers everywhere. Staff were very friendly and I can also recommend the food.
Cons: There was a lot of nosie during the early hours of the morning, from two sources. The first was drunken guests singing and banging doors etc at 2am (and being a single female, I didn't have the guts to approach the and tell them to shut up!!) the second source was traffic outside - my window wouldn't close properly so you could hear all the cars and buses etc...so I didn't get much sleep!!
All in all though, a worthy hotel, I would recommend, and will return again.
