Average but not show-stopping...

Nice enough, though you don't get that 5* luxury feel that you are expecting, however that expectation is met by the prices, ie £8 a glass of wine. Breakfast was a hap-hazard buffet; lengthy wait for a table, service was hit and miss, but the staff were friendly enough.

A fantastic, sumptuous hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are huge, the beds are really comfy, and having the benefit of a separate lounge area is great. There are 2 flat screen 32" TVs in the rooms, and the marble bathrooms have to be seen to be believed. We took breakfast on the terrace overlooking the harbour.
It's not cheap (unless you can find a cracking deal on Alpharooms like I did!) but you get what you pay for.

Good all rounder, great rooms

The best thing about this hotel is the extra space you get from being in a suite as opposed to a room. We have an 8 year old with us so it's great to have some extra space in the suite in the evening so he can go to bed while we relax in the lounge area. Lovely location on the small marina, service as you'd expect from a 5 star, the leisure facilities are more utalitarian than luxurious, and it is a hike to get to a from the city centre, but the surrounding area of Chelsea and Fulham are really lively with loads of places to eat and drink. I would stay here again especially at the price we got it from Alpharooms.
