Expertly prepared under the stewardship of Executive Chef Diarmuid Murphy and his team, only the finest ingredients are used to create light and modern bistro cuisine, perfectly complimented by our selection of quality wines.

What our customers say

The Montenotte is a good, comfortable hotel. It is quite a way out of town up a very steep hill, but in an interesting residential part of Cork that you might not see if you stay in the centre. Buses 7 and 8 run frequently to and from city centre. There are a couple of pubs within 5 minutes walk. The room we had was a triple - double and single bed, which restricted the space in the room. However, it was perfectly comfortable The swimming pool is in a separate building.
