we have stayed at this hotel twice the staff are extremely polite and helpful the last visit one of our party celebrated a birthday and they made it special with card and cake. the service is great and special little touches from room service like a bookmark for the book that was on the side of the bed. the location is very central 2 mins from the MTR and trams. the only small critisim we thought the mini bar was a tad expensive but this did not detract from all the other services
