Great Central Location

Stayed for 3 nights in the Terminus in November 07. Great central location, close to the station and the Red Light District. Most sights walkable from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They seemed a little surprised a non-smoking room was requested! Good buffet breakfast selection, although the self-dispensing coffee wasn't the best. One word of warning; it gets noisy at night, being in the heart of the tourist area! Would definitely stay here again.

Terminus Hotel Amsterdam

We stayed at the terminus, for 2 nts, from 14th may. This hotel is PERFECT for being central, and only about 5 mins walk form central station. we had room 101, which was very light and airy, very very clean. and complimentary Ear Plugs !! No tea making facils though! We had a double room, fine, but mattress far too soft. all rooms on 1st floor Non Smoking..fab..
Breakfast continental..fine. Staff very friendly, luggage room. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Magic Three Nights

The Hotel was central..within easy walking distance from attractions,trams,buses,boats,cafes and restaurants of which there were plenty. The hotel Breakfast room was very pleasant and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The rooms were very pleasant and comfortable. The only observation regarding the rooms that we were allocated was,from an English point of view, the lack of tea making facilities. Almost every hotel we have visited in many countries have them..We will be returning hopefully next April and will be in touch.

Review of 'TERMINUS'

We stayed at the Terminus Hotel for two days 6th January to 8th January to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. It was a lovely Hotel, just off the Damrack and central for everything. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Although it was cold in Amsterdam the central heating in the hotel was great. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and for breakfast each morning there was a great choice of food which was very enjoyable. We took the train from the Airport to Amsterdam which only cost £10 return for the two of us. The hotel was only a short walk from the station and so easy to find. A great hotel and we shall definitely return to the Terminus when we visit Amsterdam in the not too distant future. Another good hotel from Alpharooms. We would not use any other company now as this is the third time we have booked hotels with them and the standard of the hotels has been excellent.
