The apartments are spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean, however they do need a facelift. Start with a basic painting outside. The location is rather quiet so you might need a car to explore the beauties of the island. Good value for money.

pool fantastic, very large cleaned out every week, good entertainment and day time activities, could do with improving and updating outside, but the rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day.had a great holiday.

despite initial poor impression on arrival,due to the multi storey car park appearance!!we were very impressed to find the apartment spacious and spotlessly clean.The pool area and surrounds were fantastic though could have done with a bit of general maintenance eg replacement of some floor tiles.The food was good and very plentiful,all thoughts of dieting completely out the window!!Extremely dedicated entertainment team,something happening all the time though no pressure to join in if you want to just chill.Fantastic holiday,fabulous atmosphere already planning to go again at New Year.

My wife and I were Bed and Appartment only. We had difficulty finding the complex by car from the Airport 1st night in the dark {no map provided}. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. staff at the pool bar a little unfriendly but efficient. The complex we think is overdue a re-vamp as the towels and the kitchen equipment are in need of replacement.
In spite of this we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would go back in the furure.

Lovely holiday. We stayed all inclusive, food & drink was plentyful and excellent.Huge pool. Two very good entertainers on site made sure something to do every day. Darts, pool, table tenis, exercise, target shooting & games during day and nightly entertainment for kids & adults. All stopped at 11pm so not for clubbers & night owls.Apartments were basic but were a good size & spotless. High standards of cleanliness throughout the complex.Small beach nearby, lots of snorkelers & fishermen.Nice quiet resort. Would definitely go there again excellent value for money.

My wife and I stayed at the Alborada over Christmas 2005.
Earlier reviews indicate that from the outside it looks like a car park! This is true from the front and is quite off putting howeverthe rooms are excellent, the food is good, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the pool area is nothing short of fantastic.
On the downside it was disapointing to find the bar shutting at 11pm every night.
We would certainly visit again but maybe not in high summer as there is no aircon or fans in the rooms.

I have visited Ten Bel about 13 times in Alborade as well as Maravilla. Alborada is a a well situated hotel in the village of Las Galletas. Plenty of shops but the good meals i have got in Alborada. This hotel i always have in my mind and i recomend it to my friends. I hope i am able to book an apartement next year.

brill, food was good, complex good (does look like car park from out side but dont let that fool you). staff briliant - could not help enough. if you like sub-aqua there is a place on site very cheap and professional. only 15 mins from airport or 16euro in taxi. booking up for sept now. many thanks for a wonderful holiday. deb@stu

Absolutely loved it - accommodation was lovely, meals were a bit boring but definitely edible. Could have done with more info re the resort as it took a while to figure it out but otherwise everything was great.
Went to Maravilla the next year but preferred the food at Alborada and also the pool and facilities at Alborada were better.

The price you see here is extremely good value for money(i have seen accomodation prices for this hotel at nearly 3 times the price),high standards of cleanliness in rooms and surounding areas. The resort was excellent, plenty of bars and restaurants but is not as busy as las americas.I would gladly give it 9/10.
