Costa Adeje
February's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Fiona, Galston Great hotel
"Great hotel great location. We travelled as a family group of 10 people ages 20-52. We had a fantastic holiday not one of us could fault the hotel. Ignore previous review made from someone who had been there in August. We never seen broken tiles in pool when we were there in October, As for the food it could not be faulted. The Italian pasta bar in restuarant was first class. We are very fussy and for AI food was very good. Rooms had superb view overlooking pool and sea. Cocktails were good. Service in bar at night could be slightly slow but hotel was very busy- just order next drink before you are ready for it!!" Rated: 5 out of 5 Make sure you view the photos for this review here >>

Benidorm
January's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Paul Spendiff, Torrevieja Great stay
"had a lovely stay at the Vista Oro. Great little hotel mostly Spanish guests. Pleasant staff make a great stay.We stayed all inclusive very good quality varied menu at all meals drinks local spirits and beer. Could not fault anything about this property ,apart from the pool area is shaded in the winter. The hotel does have a roof solarium to sun bath and a jacuzzi, with plenty of sun beds. The rooms are of a nice standard thoroughly cleaned,TV with British news channels. Location great just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach bars and restaurants on your door step will defiantly stay here again." Rated: 4 out of 5 Make sure you view the photos for this review here >>

Bodrum Town
December's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Marek Maslowiec, Dublin Great value with alpharooms
"I was really happy with that choice. 4* - I would say Azka Hotel is. Good location, comfortable room with new furniture. Professional and helpful staff. Good food for set menu. Beautiful panorama from your balcony or swimming pool area. I would definitely go back there even if I'm not beach holiday person, haha." Benalmadena
November's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Paul Ogden, Wakefield Still enjoy the place
"We have stayed at Minerva Jupiter apartments quite a few times during the cooler months (Usually rooms don't have Aircon) and started to book one bedroom apartments instead of the studio type as there is an huge amount of extra space. All types of room are fine though. This time we had a corner apartment which was even better as each room including bathroom had at least one window. The living room had three. The pool is of course the best pool in Benalmadena but the main area was being refurbished (new lighting etc.) so was fenced off this visit (October 11th-20th). The staff were brilliant as usual. Already booked for December. Love the place." Rated: 4 out of 5 Make sure you view the photos for this review here >>

International Drive
October's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations James Hiley, Bournemouth Fantastic - Second best Castle after Cinderella's !!
"Just stayed at this hotel for the second time this year. Its in the best location in Orlando, the top end of International Drive (more upmarket!) The staff on reception are very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms are lovely, great decor, the only complaint I would have is there is no fridge in the bedrooms so maybe they should get rid of the Printer/scanner machine which i can't imagine many guests use and just put a small fridge in the room instead. The pool area is lovely & when we visited in January it was also heated... Read more of this review on the hotel's review page." Lourdata
September's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Richard Ellis, Stockport Lovely apartment, suberb views, very friendly owner
"We stayed at Eagle's Nest for two weeks in September 2011. We chose these apartments because of the great reviews we had read, and were not disappointed. The owner, Marina, could not have been nicer. The views over Lourdas Bay were as good as Sorrento, and we could see right across to Zante. The pool was wonderful - we saw it cleaned and regularly tested. The room was quite spacious, and well decorated / tiled with basic kitchen facilities... Marbella
August's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Sarah Elliott, Newcastle Really enjoyed our stay...
"The Fuerte Miramar Spa is a lovely hotel, we only booked a basic room but managed to upgrade to a side sea view for only 30 euros for a whole fortnight. We stayed bed and breakfast; there is a large selection available from toast, fruit, cooked breakfasts and even a large selection of cakes available each morning. The hotel pool was nice ... Alvor
July's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Stewart Wilson, Preston Brilliant
"This is a lovely place to stay. great rooms, brilliant breakfast and a cheap bar and snacks. Pool area is great and the water a perfect temperature. Downsides are it does lack a bit of personality and soul and it is a 10 to 15 minute walk into Alvor centre. So if you have difficulty walking this is not the place for you. We loved it and will definitely be back for another visit." Rated: 5 out of 5 Make sure you view the photos for this review here >>

Protaras
June's winning review for the alpharooms reviews competition
Congratulations Joy Tearle, Bedfordshire Hotel was great
"We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Tsokkos Gardens. The room was clean and adequately equipped. Any minor problems (such as a blown light bulb) were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were only staying Bed and Breakfast so cannot comment on the main meals but the breakfast was the best I've ever had abroad, a wide choice, and even when we were quite late getting into the dining room for breakfast, there was always plenty of food available. We would certainly return to Cyprus and definetly stay at Tsokkos Gardens again." Rated: 5 out of 5 Make sure you view the photos for this review here >>
