We stay in Surmeli from 04 to 11 oct 2008. Our group was 14 persons from 28 to 38 years. We spent very cool week in this hotel. The hotel is a litle bit older, but clean. The exterior was nice - big green areas with palms, other exotic plants and s.o. There are three external pools with bars. There are all kind of food in the main restaurant and every day was changing. The staff is polite and know 4-5 languages. The annimation team is younger and atractive and make your stay in this hotel unforgettable. The old town Efes in very close to Surmeli, so do not forget to go there! And finaly everybody MUST know that in Turkey the most 5 stars hotels are look like 4 star hotels in the Europe. So do not go to 4 or 3 stars hotel in Turkey! If you know this you will spend an exellent stay here! In Turkey weather is more hot then Europe and I think that the best time to stay there is May-June and September-October. Because I was before in other hotels in Turkey, I really recommend Surmeli Efes for your good and not expensive holiday!
