What our customers say
I can't really fault this place for the money. Although it would never be classed as luxury accommodation, it was clean, tidy, spacious and pretty well maintained, particularly bearing in mind that I visited towards the end of the season. Parking is plentiful, and free, with underground parking available too, which stops the car getting baking hot. The fairly central location is good too, although being adjacent to a couple of busy roundabouts it would hardly be described as tranquil, but again, this has to be considered in relation to the price. There are plenty of really nice beaches and small resorts within 10 minutes drive in several directions, and the centre of Palafrugell is easily within walking distance. The Carrefour supermarket, located underneath the apartment block couldn't be more handy! Also, a lift is available which comes in useful with armfuls of shopping bags. A couple of points worth noting - linen IS provided, which I was unaware of. No blankets were available in the apartment, but I didn't need any and I'm sure that some could be provided if necessary. The reception is hard to find - it's actually in one of the apartments (No 209) which I found out by asking in the superstop restaurant on the ground floor. You can speak to the reception office via the intercom outside the building, or ring the telephone number shown in the window. No-one will be available to give you your keys until 4.00pm though. Overall, I would describe this accommodation as functional, and good value, and I recommend it to anyone seeking cheap and cheerful accommodation on a budget.
