What our customers say
Set back far enough from the road to avoid traffic noise, but close enough to it for convenience, the Sunswept Beach Hotel povides a comfortable, relaxing, unfussy, no pressure base from which to enjoy a holiday in paradise. We stayed in a clean, cheerfully presented room with a stunning view over the bay, not twenty metres from the Caribbean Sea.
The Sunswept Beach Hotel is a friendly, small, 23 roomed hotel that you could easily miss unless you were specifically looking. It is situated adjacent to Cocomos, which provides excellent, competatively priced food at lunch and dinner and faces the quaint shopping area that makes Holetown special.
We stayed on the third floor and there is no lift, so that may be a factor governing perspective clients, but the stairs are wide with a sound banister rail.
The room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard, even the patio doors!, but the quality of the fabric and furnishings are in need of updating - more due to excessive usage rather than damage or neglect. There was enough room not to feel claustrophobic and the kitchenette provided the necessary tools and equipment to make a cooked meal if you really wanted to. We tended to have breakfast on the balcony watching the fishing boats or the odd insomniac waterskier and then eat out for the other meals at the many and varied quisines availble both locally and around the island.
We will definitely be back!
