Nice place to stay.

17 August 2008
This was our second time to Corralejo because the beaches are absolutely fabulous. We stayed at suite hotel atlantis as self catering guests because we knew the restaurants in the area are very good. The accommodation was very good.Nice clean rooms with air con! Would recommend. Oh,one other thing. If you do go self catering, shop at the Dino Hypermarket in the old part of Corralejo,as it is loads cheaper than the Netto supermarkets that are everywhere.

Not for Young kids

02 August 2008
Spent 2 weeks here, with 3 kids age 9yrs, 5yrs and 17 months. Complex was very nice and very clean, but entertainment in the evening was very poor. The only thing to do at night is sit in the square, which is no use if you have kids as there are loads of stairs which the kids all seem to want to play on and at the top is a pool! There is a show in the evening, but if you go into the theatre to watch it you lose your seat in the square. The food was alright but very boring and seemed to be the same stuff every other night. The restaurant "El Molinos" was a disgrace, the food was disgusting and because we had kids were sat outside which was crawling with ants - this is one of the restaurants you have to book!!! Would not go back.

Girls holiday

23 July 2008
BRILLIANT!! hotel was really nice, very clean! Especially the rooms! They were cleaned everyday, hotel staff very friendly especially the technical men who came to fix our shower (bill and ben haha) and also the security guards! Very easy access to the main nightlife! Good access to beach also via the coach, extremeley reliable. Loads of swimming pools and things to do, too much to do even in two week and that was just in the hotel! Netto supermarket in hotel was reasonably priced. Food was really nice in hotel! Was self-catering but wish we went all-inclusive! Very nice bar, security ring the taxi for you, sometimes these took a while but i think it was only because we asked for them late at night. Definiately recommend! Cant wait to go again! Sorry to be home!

14 May 2008
Arrived home yesterday after a weeks all inclusive holiday. Myself, husband and three sons ages 9, 12 and 14, and couldn't have asked for better. Spacious rooms, great food, great entertainment, daily activities for boys and to top it off, great weather. Boys played tennis after lesson from onsite coach, and had daily games of soccer, volleyball and waterpolo. Arrived home with bag of certificates! Staff all friendly and helpful, especially those at security gate who joined in with games of "sniper" when my boys pretended to shoot them from the balcony. Bus to beach was great and ran at regular times, and taxis to town only cost €3.50. My only complaints were the pools being very cold, although they were heated our first two days, and the room keys which deactivated and we had to return to reception twice to have them sorted. However, this wasn't enough to stop me planning a return trip later this year. Will book through alpha rooms again as got great rate.

Well worth it!

12 May 2008
Just back, this is an excellent hotel. There is something for everyone and pools for all occasions! (7 in total). There was some building work noticeable but no noise at all. I would recommend this to everyone. Its a 10 minute walk to the centre of Correlejo. I was use Alpharooms again also, everything came together perfectly.

excellent holiday all round

11 May 2008
we went for a weeks break with 2 young kids. They had a great time even though they didnt join the kids club activities. The rooms were very clean and the public amentiies were spotless. the food was excellent, with a hugh range of choices to suit all ages.. Choice of 3 restuarents so all inclusive deals had plenty of choices. Fitness centre idea for a little holiday treat. Possible to rent towels and they were v clean and saved us on the weight when travelling. would go again but for longer this time

Go there, it's fantastic

27 April 2008
We were guests in the first two weeks in April, and we had a fantastic stay. We were all inclusive and certainly had value for money. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well laid out. When you arrive a map of the complex is included with the room key, keep hold of it for the first few days, or you won't find everything. The food is also of exellent standard too, enough of a variety to suit everyone. The bars are also well staffed, although the lobby bar can have a bit of a queue at busy times, it is because of it's size, not really big enough. There is some building work going on near the complex, but really nothing to worry about. We had a fantastic time. And we would consider another holiday there in future.

Ideal for 1 week break

20 March 2008
Myself and hubby have literally just returned from a one week stay in Fuerteventura and this lovely hotel (we left our two teenage daughters at home - mad or what? - but the house is still standing and no sign of any mad parties - yet!!). We went self catering because we like to try out local restaurants in different surroundings. The hotel seemed very quiet (the lull before the summer storm???) the pools, other than the main pool, were not heated and getting in was enough to stop your heart from beating (?) I think the sea was slightly warmer. The complex and rooms were kept very clean and the staff were all very pleasant. If you are self catering pack a small survival pack for your room ie washing up liquid, dish cloth, teabags and coffee; you'll save yourselves a few beer tokens that way! We didn't eat at the hotel and didn't really relish the idea of paying 7 euros each for a buffet breakfast in a 'canteen' with lots of kids running around and screaming (it seems some families go on holiday and forget they should still be responsible parents?). However, if you go outside the complex, turn right, walk for approx 5mins you'll come across a small, English run cafe/bar (yes, I know, not particularly Spanish) called the Four Musketeers. They serve a decent breakfast and if each of you spend 4 euros you'll get free tea or coffee!! The walk into town was a bit long, but quicker if you walked along the beach (and you'll come across another nice little place for breakfast as well, called the Lighthouse). Anyway, a good way of working off those excess pounds you are bound to put on...All in all Corralejo is good for one weeks R&R but you would definitely need a car for 2wks as there lots of other lovely beaches we just didn't get round to see. The hotel beach is a bit dismal, broken glass was evident and not very clean. Walk along towards town and there are other, nicer, cleaner bays. Oliva beach is worth a look, especially as the hotels shuttle bus takes you there and back for free, but I don't think it is the best by far (if the postcards are anything to go by). Go on make that booking, you know you want to!!!

Highly Recommend

24 February 2008
We have just arrived back after spending 1 week all inclusive. The hotel is vey clean and nicely laid out. The staff were extremely helpful. The choices of food was fantastic and caters for all. The gardens aroubnd the resort were very well maintained. This a very family orientated hotel, with 4 PC and wirelessinternet connection. The entertainment was good. TThere are many pools around the resort to choose from, including a relax pool, for those who wish to be in a quieter area. There is a beach area for the hotel across the road and a shuttle bus through out the day, every day to a beuatiful s beach near the sand dunes. We all had a wonderful time and would return again. I highly recommend this hotel.

would recomand

14 February 2008
we stayed for one week S/C. the hotel was very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The kitchen had all we needed, pots, pan, toaster, kettle coffee maker ect. the suppermarket is close to hotel, and is good for fresh baked bread and daily news paper. we only eat in the hotel once, the food was great buffet style and cost 16EURO PER person. the town of Corralejo was a 20 min walk, and has some great restaurant along the pier.THE staff at the hotel are all very helpfull and friendly. The hotel has 6 swimming pools, a very good children play area, 3 tennis court and a lot more. Could not fault the hotel, if what you are looking for is a relaxing sun holiday, however the island itself dosen't have much to offer, apart from some nice views, could see the whole island in a day.

Nice and relaxing

08 February 2008
We went the week from Jan, 30 till Febr 6, 2008. Half board. The hotel was lovely, friendly and helpful staff and good food in as wel the Gaudi as the Milanese restaurant with lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. It's a large complex but is has a 'homely feeling' about it because of the way it is set up. Also an excellent place for families with children. Supermarket very close to the complex, also with daily newspapers etc. Location is good. 20 minutes walk to the centre of Corralejo and to the Sand Dunes. We will go back.

22 December 2007
What can i say, this hotel is outstanding!! we went the week before christmas for a week, there were 2 adults and 1 infant in our party and we went all inclusive. food was excellent, lots of choice at breakfast lunch and dinner. my partner has put on a stone as he just kept going back for more!!! the staff were really friendly and would bend over backwards to please you. there were lots of swimming pools although only one was heated which was the family pool. it was easy to get a sunlounger on any pool you choose. the rooms were clean and smart. the maid came every day and she was brilliant at cleaning all our mess up! weather was brill apart from rain on 2 days but there was plenty to do anyway like shopping!!! would definately choose this hotel again and book through Alpha rooms.

lovely

03 December 2007
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and was a great option for self catering. We loved that the Netto was so close so we were able to grab groceries any time to make up our breakfasts to save money. The only downfall we came across was because the bike shop was closed when we wanted to get out. By the time it opened up it was getting dark outside. It could just be that our options were narrowed down by going in November. As much as we liked it there, I think we'll try Lanzarote next time for more excursion options.

Our review

13 July 2007
The hotel is lovely, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were S/C and most of the other guests were A/I so that caused confusion on a couple of occassions as staff were used to dealing with A/I guests. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean as was the entire complex. The hotel would suit anyone looking for a quite, relaxing holiday. The only downside is that it's located a good 20 minute walk from the town centre. The walk is down a residential street so it can get a bit boring walking up and down every day. However taxis are not expensive. We were also in the a room behind the tennis court and had to 'adopt' a cat for the week!

Perfect for a relaxing break

15 June 2007
My self and my husband own the Sportsman Bar in Matagorda Lanzorote and needed a break for a few relaxing days, I choose this hotel as I felt it had just what we needed for a relaxing holiday, the food was lovely ,the whole complex is spotless, it has alot to offer including a free shuttle to the dunes which we also made use of, we will most definately be back again. I give this hotel 10 /10

Home from home.

22 May 2007
The complex had a homely feeling about it, being only two stories high and this is this is a change from the large high-rise type of hotel, particularly if you favour some privacy. The food was excellent and yes there is a limit to what you can eat and drink but it is set by you [for you all inclusive visitors] we were self catering but you can still sample some of their food [paying cash]. My impression was that it was more for families or single couples and was short on single people who would be there with the idea of meeting other singles. The only complaint I have is the lack of sufficient bar staff in the areas where the demand would be greatest but aside from that it is a excellent place to getaway from it all. We have two cats at home and Atlantis even provided two cats who came visiting us to be fed [catfood is sold in the supermarket in the complex] so how about that for making us feel at home. Hey, if you get the rooms behind the tennis courts then please buy a few tins for them - you will feel better for it then assume some one else is doing so because someone else is thinking the same thing. Would we go again? We saw building work within the complex so it is expanding and it is still developing so who knows what other attractions are to come. For families, particularly with babies it is an ideal place as evidenced by the number we saw there. My wife did weeks of research on the Internet before we chose this spot and I think it paid off.

Excellent, just excellent

21 March 2007
I was looking for some peace and quietness for my 3 day trip to Fuerteventura, and decided to select Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort with the all inclusive option.

This proved to be just the right choice. The hotel itself is suberb, very well kept, clean, nice large spacious rooms etc. The staff ever so friendly, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The food was good, nothing special as you can expect, but had plenty of choice everyday.

The location was good, close to the bus stop (though the taxis are cheap, really cheap), and the hotel had a free of charge connection with the sand dunes.

All in all, I was very satisfied, and the next time I want just to relax on my holiday, I will definately consider visiting this hotel again.
