We stayed for one night after seeing a west end show. I have given a 4 rating rather than a 5 for three very minor reasons. Although our booking confirmed a double room, we found we'd been booked into a twin room (not really a problem just further to reach out to "gently" discourage my husband from snoring!), secondly the room was extremely warm and we'd have had to arrange the safety stops on the windows to be removed if we really wanted to open the windows more than six inches (not really worth the trouble for one night's stay, thirdly one of the bathroom's plastic tumblers was split through (we had plastic cups left from our journey so no biggie there either). On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful; the room was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated; the breakfast was outstanding value (we dined like kings!) and the hotel itself was very well appointed for many of London's attractions. I would recomend this hotel to friends and would use it again. Excellent all round value compared with other higher priced 3 star London hotels. Thank you.
