We were originally staying at the Sierra Hotel but due to an overbooking were transferred to this hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. From the staff on reception to the cleaning and gardening staff everyone was so friendly and always had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
As we went in December the hotel was not full which was good - we always managed to find beds by the pool.
I have to say that the meals on the all inclusive basis did get a bit monotonous by the end of the week but you would probably find that anywhere - not just this hotel.
The room was lovely - very spacious and with a pool view.
Everything was so clean and tidy.
The entertainment in the restaurant was the same each night - I think that could have been changed.
The main part of Sharm is just a 15 minute walk away across a road and through the sister hotel - lovely walk.
All in all I would definitely go back to this hotel - and probably at the same time of year.
