Overview
The Solana Apartments are situated in the heart of Puerto Rico with lovely views of the bay on one side and the Waterpark on the other. Just 300 metres downhill guests will find the commercial shopping centre with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and comes with a kitchenette area and fridge. The swimming pool has a separate children’s area and a poolside snack bar ideal for refreshments throughout the day. Puerto Rico beach is only 900 metres away from the Solana Apartments.

After reading the reviews of these apartments we were quite anxious about staying here. However, although the apartments could in no way be described as luxurious we found them to be clean and with everything we needed for a budget week in the sun. The staff we found were helpful and friendly as were the other guests. The steps were a bit much but we got over that by walking down to the shops/restaurants and beach via the pathway and getting a taxi back up. The apartments could do with refurbishing but we only wanted a base to sleep, shower etc. Would definately go back again in the future.
