Room clean, balcony very small, birds a bit of a pest for me, the beds great and air con all in all ok room. I had a bit of a problem with the room at checkin as I requested a room with a pool / sea view which I could clearly see on my alpharooms voucher and the reception decided they would put us into a room with a view of the car park. I complained about this and the duty manager put us into the room we should have got with sea and pool view which was lying empty. Why do they not put you into the room that has been requested in the first place I find this very annoying. Apart from the first night the holiday and location of the hotel was first class. Oh our flight back home did not leave lanzarote till 23.20pm we paid another 40 euro to enable us to stay in it from 11.00am normal check out time till 20.30pm the same day. I felt this was a bit high as you could clearly see the room was empty for that day.
