We were first placed in Balmoral, which was appaling so asked to be moved to chinuahas, this was better, we had a lovely room on 7th floor overlooking the pool. We arrived on 1st Oct 09 for one week all inclusive, entertainment staff were excellent expecially T-Bo and Nico. The food was okay, but to be honest we ate out a few times because it was the same everyday, the beer is like paint stripper and there were no snacks. I probably wouldn't go back but as we didn't pay alot can't really complain.
