The Shangri-la is one of the nicest hotels I have stay in Asia and I can say that comparing with the other hotels in Bangkok this has the best garden, with restaurants and massage. The room is spacious and the location is superb with the sky train and the boat almost at the entrance of the hotel. I like to stay in nice hotels especially in Asia and this is definitely one that I will recommend to stay.

When visiting the Palace be careful with the people outside telling you that the Palace is close for the morning at that will open in the afternoon as it is a lie to send you on a visit trip that includes shopping in expensive stores where they get a percentage. That happened to me and I when the tuk tuk return to the Palace it was already closed; don’t let that happened to you.
