Seren apart located in a quiet part of armutalan .staff very friendly the receptionist dilara was a gem she could not do enough to help .by the end of the holiday she was a more like a daughter than an employee.Bar staff bulunt and hakii were good and joined in at every opportunity Our cleaners were lovely, apartments were always clean and tidy finally our friend sherife the night porter, what a man ,we met him two years ago we did not stop laughing We have only one point to make the pool needs to be illuminated to encourage people to stay and you need lights so you are able to see what you are eating

clean but run down.

They are in a quiet area of marmaris, but we do not mind walking to the noise, as long as we can get away from it. We would stay there again.

Rooms were basic but very clean, cleaners came in daily, sheets and towels changed every other day, Bar ataff were amazing n sorted out any issues we had, pool was well maintained n cleaned each nite, food was available from the bar area and if u wanted to go out the staff from the main hotel would come to drive you to the restaurant and back again when you wanted to leave, food at the restaurant was exceptional, good value for money and staff were welcoming, we will be going back again next year

ive stayed here before for 2 month, this time we stayed jus for one week, i like this hotel as its got a lovely clean pool, the rooms are really big and have a telly, kettle, cooker etc only 1 think that isnt very good is the quality of the towels for your showers etc.

Just got back from Marmaris - stayed at the Seren Apartments for 2 weeks, have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. You get what you pay for, the staff was great, young lads that couldn't do enough for us. The pool is great and very clean. Maid service everyday. The rooms were very big, and there was a TV full kitchen area and 2 balconies. The only thing about these apartments was that they are quite far out, you have to get Taxis to the beach and Bar St really, although we did walk to the beach afew times, takes about 20 mins. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget and want a cheap hotel to relax.

i stayed at these appartments last year and i will be returning this year as location is good rooms are clean its a good relaxing apartments i dont no what people want for the money it costs to stay here. the staff are friendly please dont be put of by the reveiws they wat 5 star accomodation for 2 star prices

Dont see why people are complaining, Just being picky I think. This Hotel is great. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are basic but clean and spacious. The pool is great for kids and there are sunbeds for parents to relax. A great hotel and would definately go back :0D

Exactly what it said on the tin. It was practical, pool was good, size of apartment was more than adequate and its not far away from the main action. But, and here's the but, on arrival to our room there was blood on the bed sheets, there was no one on reception when you wanted them, and their attitude was not benefitting the guests at all. We encountered other guests who were complaining and they just shrugged as if they didnt care. All the same, it was cheap and cheerful and I suppose you get what you pay for.

all in all i was impressed with the seren aparts becauce it was cheap n wasnt sure what we where coming to!!!.staff were sooooooooooooooo good.apartments them selves where nice.this was our first holiday with our wee girl she is 6months n she loved the pool,it was nice area n peacefull. would relay recomend these n id go back. the apartments where not spotless but clean enough for us as we where out n about all the time. my biggest moan would be all the english guest there moaning by the pool allday,if we had a problem the staff did there best to sort it-seriously what more can u ask for
