The Selomar Hotel is situated right beside Levante Beach, in the centre of town, with fantastic views across the beach and over the sea. Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable and inclusive of a balcony from which to relish those great views. This is the second year running that a group of friends and I have stayed at the Selomar. The beach front location is excellent for sun-worshippers and for the old town, but is a bit way out for night life in the square (new town). Food was ok but for the price we paid we could not grumble. The roof top pool area is bit shabby and the pool is only a splash pool. The rooms are nowhere near a 4 star and are need of refurbishment. If you can get a good deal then go for it, if not look elsewhere.
