We stayed in this apart after needing accomodation when we made a mistake with booking a 10 night flight instead of 7! We spent 1 night here before we were moved into green park. Our apartment had a front door which was unsecure (falling off) ,thick limescale and rot on taps, sinks and toilet. Rot on the babys cot and mattress along with a mouldy spoon stuck into the mattress! (I got pics to prove it!) The storage was the only thing that was good! The patio door was split and unsecure, the 2 chairs we had were disgustingly dirty and rotted and we had no hot water. The cutlery we had was 1 spoon, 1 fork and 2 knives, but we did have a new kitchen lol
The pool was dirty, pool bar closed down, even tho we were told it was open when we booked! The pool area was like a ghost town... beds broken and the ones that werent were shabby. We lay on towels on floor for the 2 mins we were there! ! The san blas area is 2 mins stroll away and is fantastic with loads of places to eat and enjoy a great night. recommend friends bar for a good night and the square is great too. We didnt expect it to be fantastic for the price, but clean and tidy is the least u expect..... We had to get drunk to even contemplate sleeping on them beds for the 5 hours we did and even then we couldnt sleep! No kettle or iron supplied and the reception hire them out but only had 3 irons between about 150 apartments as a lot are privately owned. Would never stay there again. Would be fantastic if some money was spent and it was cleaned regularly. Such a shame for a place in such a fantastic location. I definitely would not stay again unless it were refurbished.
