Can't fault this place as a cheap, central place to stay in Marbella.
Clean and quite spacious. Got a balcony towards a small alley where I could get a glimpse of the old town. Not noisy at all, was never disturbed. Nice staff. Ok breakfast. Close to the water as well.
Parking expensive in the city garages, sure, but you can save a few euros if you arrange parking through the hotel.
All in all, it's no luxury option but I found no real reason to stay away from this hotel...
