Almazara review
25 April 2008
Excellent rooms, all with good views. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Food excellent, well prepared and presented with a good choice. Typical extended continental breakfast. Location excellent for touring but nowhere to walk to in the evenings, car essential but limited parking.

Very convenient location, just off E15 from Malaga and close to the lovely town of Nerja. The Almazara has an attractive balcony dining room offering a menue as good as the many local retaurants. The swimming pool was clean and not overpopulated, although a little too near the road. Altogether a good venue for couples without children.

A gorgeous hotel with friendly staff and really good food. The only problem was that it was a bit remote from both Nerja and Frigiliana so you would need to have a car or be prepared to use taxi's. The pool area was lovely but you could hear road traffic.
