this was probably the best place in fez twenty years ago but it could do with a face lift
rooms are large spaceious with a nice bathroom, there is also a fridge which is empty so handy to stick your bottled water in
recepetion staff are rude and aloof and seems to think themselves above helping guests, but all the other members of staff are very helpfull and nice
the food is pretty bad. It's buffet and it all tastes pretty bad but staff will try to serve your table so they can angle for a tip :) desert aint bad thou
also ignore the guide outside the hotel you will see more with a lonely planet guide and they will try to rip you off and only show there brothers/cousins shops and ignore all the other sites that exist
