Opened in 2006, the hotel is located in a building designed by the famous architect Modesto Lopez Knoll at the beginning of the 20th century. The hotel offers a total of 34 guestrooms spread over 5 floors, including junior suites and suites. In the hotel's lobby, relaxation is aided by plentiful daylight and wave-like design features. It offers a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and currency exchange desk. This hotel is situated in the heart of Barrio de las Letras, on Santa Ana square and close to the most important commercial centre in central Madrid. In the area around the hotel guests have the chance to experience a symbiosis of gastronomical and artistic creativity with the Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza and Reina Sofia museums in the direct vicinity. The hotel is only around 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via or underground train station Se villa. It is about 10 km to the airport.

Perfect location on plaza santa ana which has a variety of tapas bars and restaurants. short walk to the gran via high street, retiro park (which is fabulous), and Puerta del Sol. the hotel itself is very modern and stylish, with friendly, helpful staff. Due to the hotel having just 34 rooms it offers a more personal touch. The breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods and served until 11.30am. The rooms are compact, and set in a contemporary style with the exterior rooms having a good view of the plaza santa ana square. all in all, an excellent choice of hotel considering price, location and service.
