A LITTLE GEM

26 August 2008
Just returned after our 3rd visit this year and still rate this hotel as one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and nothing is ever a bother to them, they go out of there way to help you. The rooms are really nice and have air condition in them which is a plus at this time of the year. The breakfast is very good, they have a cold buffet plus a hot breakfast which is cooked fresh for you when you order. The roof top pool and deck is lovely and they also have a roof top patio snack bar where you can sit and have drinks, meals etc, the view is superb, it overlooks the sea, also a waiter comes round the pool at lunch time with either a refreshing drink or fresh fruit, all complimentary. The Hotel is situated in an ideal location, very central and plenty of good restaurants close by, all in all it is A LITTLE GEM and ideal for those that like a quiet relaxing holiday, more for couples though.

Booked this Hotel based on other peoples reviews and we must say that is was a perfect choice. The Hotel is ideally located beside beach, in the centre of the town which is pedestrianised. The roof top Pool is clean with loads of sun loungers which are free. Towels are also provided for use by the pool and the views from the pool are amazing. The Hotel is very clean and is of a five star quality. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to be helpfull. No complaints. Delighted to have discovered this little piece of tranquility which we hope to return to on many more occasions.

wow factor

24 June 2008
Just returned from Reveron Plaza. First time in Tenerife and what a great little hotel to go to, the staff were right on top of there job nothing to much trouble at anytime day or night special thankyou to "MARRY " i think thats her name, sorry if i have got it wrong, as we walked through the door to check in two glasses of champers and some tapas were given to us while the paperwork was completed for check in.The hotel overlooks square with church on one side other side limited sea and port view.Rooftop swimming pool where orange drinks and fresh fruit where given to guests free of charge. The hotel was mainly couples, children are made very welcome, but nothing in hotel for them to do.5mins from vista beach great for the kids.We stayed b/b, loads bars/resturants right near.Well done Alpharooms great hotel. Will be back in Sept.

Greta Hotel

12 June 2008
This is the second time the wife and I have stayed at this hotel. I have read several earlier reviews concerning staff attitude and that this is a 'mature +' age group hotel. All wrong, the hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful, be it in the restaurant, bar, reception or housekeeping. Although the hotel would not be suited to families with young children it is suited to young adults (30 plus). The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, roof top pool is clean with several beds, probably underutilised as the beach is just a stones throw away. We went on a B & B basis, excellent freshly cooked breakfast should you want one. Never had lunch or supper so cannot comment. Excellent central location for bars, restaurants and beach and 10 mins walk to the bus station. I would recommend this hotel, but, for the last 12 months there have been some large sea front renovations taking place causing some disruption to the beach and bars on the front (nothing you can see or hear from the hotel), but you may just want to check the status of these works before you go to Los Cristianos, everything was nearly finished, I believe they are just waiting on Mr Mayor to pull his finger out for the grand opening, two previously dates set, both passed by!

A Wonderful stay at the Reveron

12 March 2008
We had a wonderful stay at the Reveron. The location is ideal - right in the old town and close to the Ferry Port and Boardwalk. Reception Staff was extremely helpful. Our room was great with a nice little balcony overlooking the street. A great place to end the day with a glass of wine. Breakfast was included and it was great - buffet, plus you could order eggs etc.

Excellent Hotel - Great Value

17 October 2007
This is a great find - particularly considering the price. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service, apart from the bar, is excellent and the staff prevent people like Paul (see review) interfering with other people's holidays.

Good Hotel, If you like that kind of thing!

02 October 2007
The Reveron Plaza, 4 stars, centrally located in Los Cristianos, is a little different from the typical 'Resort' Hotel populated by British holiday makers. Its more discerning, relaxed, with beautiful decor, tiled mosiaic floors and comfortable rooms with modern hotel bathroom facilities. It attracts the more mature traveller; I was making a LOT of noise one night whilst drunk and it was less than a minute before the staff were on the scene to tell me to hush. Its not somewhere I'd stay again because i don't read the daily mail (something which everyone round the pool seemed to be doing everyday) and I like to play and splash in the pool, but this was frowned upon. The food wasn't spectacular, I was half board, but since the food quality was below par, and there was a plethora of quality local restaurants, I only ate there one evening; breakfast on the other hand was ok (but its hard to do a bad breakfast!!) It would be ideal for my grandparents; quiet, well run, very pleasant staff and ideal location - good, if you like that sort of thing, but not for me!

First Class

29 September 2007
Stayed for a week. Great Location, very clean, room immaculate. Terrace and pool area lovely with great views. Breakfast first class. We only had one evening meal at 20 euro's each and a bit disappointed. Only bad comment to make about this hotel.

Great hotel!

13 September 2007
Stayed in the Reveron Plaza for 4 nights and I have to say - what a great hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were brilliant. As we didn’t have our accommodation voucher with us - they sat us down at the internet where we logged on and printed it out in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was just the right size, with great views in the morning sunshine. The pool on the top floor was so relaxing, again with great views. In particular, we loved chilling in the evening with a bottle of ice-cold wine on the snack bar terrace overlooking the entire harbour - it makes you feel a million miles away from the busy resort itself. Only 4 minutes walk into the madness, but plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from! We had problems waiting on car hire on the last day – again the reception staff were very accommodating in helping us out. Highly recommend it!!

Great place to stay.

11 September 2007
September 11th Just back from our second visit to Tenrerife this year. Stayed again in the Reveron Plaza. We brought our friends back with us this time and they were also very pleased with our choice of accommadation. My only problem this time was the electronic keys on the room doors. They caused us great frustration as it took ages for the door to unlock and sometimes also the door did not lock when we went out ! Remains a very clean hotel and the perfect location in Los Cristianos. Found a Fantastic place to eat, LaFortuna, just beside Little Italy, the biggest steak I ever ate.

We have just returned from a 5 night break in Tenerife and chose the Reveron Plaze due to it's central location. We found the hotel to be very clean and staff very friendly.Breakfast is served from 7.30am till 10am and offers a continental style breakfast and the option of a cooked breakfast range which is made fresh to order. The hotel sits on the square in Los Cristianos and is a couple of minutes from the sea front and a range of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and mantained to a very good standard. We would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a relaxing break.

Reveron Plaza

03 May 2007
Wonderful spanish hotel situated in the centre of Los Cristianos overlooking the church square.( Lots of road works everywhere with some of the smaller streets difficult to get through.) This was our first visit to the hotel but we wll be going back in September. The air conditioned rooms are spacious with great beds and snow white linen. the staff are quietly efficient and immaculately dressed. My favourite moment was up at the pool on the roof. It was a treat to be given a free selection of fresh fruit while sunbathing in the morning. All in all we loved our visit to this genteel hotel, an oasis in the heart of a busy resort.Have recommended it to friends.

Review of 'Reveron Plaza'

21 February 2007
Well once again I booked to this wonderful hotel, what a nice touch valentines day when I arrived back to my room they had left a bottle of bubbly and a bowl of fruit not bad for a single traveller! My booking made so easy with alpharooms and was about the forth visit in the last 12 months and will be back soon.
The location of this hotel is wonderful and the service second to none. The rooms are clean and cool the roof pool is never packed and the staff so friendly.
Los Cristianos is in the process of a big clean-up at the moment so there is some works been carried on but this in no way spoiled anything about the place and it’s trying hard to attract people to stay. How can you go wrong with the British favourite of chicken and chips at £3.50 and a pint at £0.66p!
For a good night out try Chicago’s good food, great staff and great entertainment!
Once all the works been carried out this will be the resort to stay and the police are having a big purge on the tout’s.

An Excellent Hotel well run, sparkling clean everywhere. Rooms spacious and tastefully decorated. A town centre type of hotel with old fashioned comfort ie comfortable sofas to relax on.  Staff friendly and efficent.  Buffet style breakfast of good quality.  Stayed for 3 nights on way to La Gomera, but would be very happy to spend longer there.
Booking with Alfa Rooms went without hitch as always.

Review of 'Reveron Plaza'

09 November 2006
Our stay in this lovely Hotel would have been so much better if it had not been situated right in the middle of a building site. The local council are replacing undergound pipes, this must have been going on for some months,so from 8.00am until 18.00pm everyday apart from Sunday we had the noise of a large compressor, hammer drills and concrete mixers.Unfortunately this is no fault of the hotels but whatever room they gave you the noise was the same.
So to fully enjoy this very friendly, excellently situated ,hotel leave it a few months until the building is finished it really spoilt what could have been a lovely holiday

I Have been going to Tenerife for many years now and have not yet found a better hotel in such a good location, this was my second visit this year and as I walked through the door the receptionist’s words were ‘welcome home Mr Ian!’ what a nice gesture!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and very friendly hotel, this is one for couple’s and singles like me.
I will be back late this year!

Review of 'REVERON PLAZA'

28 November 2005
We are a couple of mid 50ish vintage and it was the third time at the Reveron Plaza, staying B & B, rooms booked through Alpharooms.com and flights through Travelrepublic.co.uk. What a wonderful hotel, clean, quiet, excellent breakfasts and very central for the huge choice of local restaurants. The staff at the Reveron are pleasant, efficient and helpful. The rooms are, I believe to be amongst the best in Tenerife, spacious and well maintained, every room has a balcony, we prefered to overlook the church square and watch the life from above. The pool is quiet and an excellent sun trap, pool can be a little cool but equally refreshing.
We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, especially for younger and mature couples.

Location of this Hotel in respect of being in the centre of Los Cristianos is first class. It is quiet and efficiently run if you are given a room that overlooks the square there can be minor noise disturbance. We booked B&B and the standard was good.
The surrounding restraunts cater for all tastes and budgets. If you are looking for "old fashioned" hotel service then this is for you.

Found the Reveron Plaza and wasn't disappointed on arrival, really pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was really good and the room was lovely - the air conditioning was a blessing!
Had a lovely view of a church from the balcony and there wasn't any noise at night so always slept well.
There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel and I can recommend 'Little Italy' and 'El Romantico'
The rooftop swimming pool was clean and a good sun trap so all in all a very good holiday and I'd certainly return there.

The Reveron Plaza is a lovely little hotel in a perfect location.  The rooms are adequate with air conditioning and furnished balacony. The staff are very helpful.  The hotel only has about 40 rooms so it has quite a laid back feel.  We opted for B+B and were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast choice.  The pool was on the roof and although it is quite small it certainly did a great job.  We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, especially for younger and mature couples.

A lovely traditional hotel, with very helpful staff. We only went bed and breakfast, but you could order almost any combination ie eggs, beans, bacon, so on, and all other things were buffet. Our room was large, and had very good air-con, and the position of the hotel alone, was worth the visit.Would return to this hotel.
