What our customers say
Pretty seedy area altogether! The younger Talliners like to hang out just near the hotel which would be quite intimidating if travelling alone.Only a 5 min walk to the Old Town if you can dodge the riot police and local youth!!!Price of hotel shows that you get what you pay for. Yes, it was cheap, and basic, and (kind of) clean. If you're the cool blooded type of person, make sure you take a bit more cash with you.... after all, extra blankets and pillows have to be paid for!!?Don't use the taxis outside the front of the hotel as they are 'on contract' and are a lot more expensive than most. Get the hotel to call another taxi firm for you which they will gladly do.Breakfast is adequate, although 5 days of the same hard boiled eggs and porridge (milk soup) did get a bit boring.
Beware, when we were there, they were planning a large development next to the hotel on the waste ground, so the reasonably pleasant view towards Old Town won't be there forever.Hurry up and make a visit as Tallinn itself is certainly worth it.
