Residencial Jenny has opened in 2003. It offers splendid views over the bay of Mindelo and is located approximately 100 m from the town centre. The residence has 20 rooms in total. Some have view of the bay and others to the patio.5 double rooms and 5 suites have a balcony with a bay view. Also with bathroom, fridge,TV terrasse and air conditioning.It is these rooms which we recommend. The other 10 rooms have a view to the inside patio and only have a shower and no air conditioning. The view from above the hill where the pension is situated is impressive. It is placed on the historical Furtinho, which used to be a fortress.You see Monte Cara and the busy harbour of Mindelo City.Other facilities include a small bar, breakfast room and outdoor patio area. The nearby restaurant (independently owned) provides pleasant Cape Verdian food.The french owner provides a french breakfast with typical croissants because he wons a bakery in Mindelo City.A family run pension and very charming service.
