What an excellent hotel. After arriving and finding that the booking agent hadn't passed on the correct information regarding the room requests, the hotel worked hard to give us what we had originally booked and paid for. We actually got better so it worked in our favour in the end.
Hotel was so in the centre of the city is was unbelievable. Fantactic character to the hotel and history. The restruarant below was fantastic too, very advisable to visit. All the staff were very polite and spoke great English. Can not fault the hotel and staff at all. Could improve on a little more for breakfast selection though. Thanks to the reception staff for all your help too.
