The hotel as a whole was very nice. With a few areas looking a bit dated, however these are beeing taken care of during the refurbishment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Alex. I would recommend staying there as it is very central to a lot of the attractions and for a four star hotel quite cheap aswell.

The hotel has a elegant lobby. The rooms are been redone. The Current ones have wall paper with blue stars all over it. The pool is very cold and the hot tub filters do not seem to work - we noticed skin, dirt and hair stuck to the walls of the tub. It would also float around you when the jets were on. The Gym facilities are excellent. The sauna is huge, clean and hot. The internet view of the rooms are not the current rooms as of yet (construction is underway). The view of the Harbour from the pool is not as it appears on the interent due to the current building of a skyrise condo in front of the window. You can still see some of the harbour and mountains but not the full view. We found the room to be quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. They will send you up a fridge and a microwave if you need it at no extra charge. If you upgrade to a harbour view room it will be well worth it. There is a beautiful view of North Vancouver and you can watch the seaplanes land and take off from your room.

This hotel was elegant, rooms very clean and service excellent. Food available all day at a reasonable price.
Location was near the waterfront excellent for Stanley Park and shopping.

Review of 'RENAISSANCE VANCOUVER HARBOURSIDE'

The Renaissance Hotel is very beautiful and elegant. It has a beautiful entrance, with a gorgeous staircase and immacalute surroundings. Service is very hospitable, and the food is delicious. Bathrooms are very well kept and has beautiful interior design in the entire hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver that this is one of the best places to stay.
