Just spent a total of 13 days at the Regal Sun resort. was impressed by the refurbishment the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location next to Disney Market place. The swimming pools are now fully operational and the water is very warm. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Grosvenor is in the process of major renovation - main tower is complete (spent 2nd night in tower rooms - supperd rooms and views over disney village)- work continues on the East and West Wing Court Yeard suites (had to move after 1st night to towers as room very damp in Easy court yard) They have started to renovte this wing and rooms will be excellent in a few months) Main pool and grounds revamp will be complete in the Fall - samller pool and grounds near east court yard are still functioning - spent 2 lazy afterneens there Staff very helpful and curtiouse Great location and easy transfers to parks - may be chaepaer to use hotel shutles than pay parking at the theame parks location means that as long as you have a half decent room you will enjoy your holiday

Review of 'Grosvenor Resort'

This hotel is excellent for Downtown Disney, just seconds walk and your there.  The hotel is very 70's style.   It has two building, the Tower and the Courtyard.  We stayed in both rooms.  The courtyard was fine till 3.00 am and woke to find a massive beetle crawling in the bathroom, along with serveral smallers beetles crawling around, demanded a room change to the Tower.  This room was very clean although had to go to the smoking floor as no other rooms were avaiable.  Staff were very helpful and willing to help.  Free wireless internet in rooms.  Pool was clean and serveral of them.  Nice little play ground for the children.  This hotel charges 10$ a day parking, bit of a rip off!  Nice location, clean hotel excellent if you like spiders and beetles!
