In need of a makeover. The room was shabby but clean.The reception staff at check in were unhelpful, especially in regard to our parking requirement. Parking is on the street,if you are lucky. we were 20 mins going around and round to find a space. Bathroom clean but lots of cracked tiles. Bedding in need of an upgrade.Sound proofing and doubleglazing should be installed,very noisy.Breakast good but limited space - breakfast staff very helpful.
