Review of 'RAMADA ENCORE LONDON WEST'
04 September 2005
The first thing that strikes you about this hotel is the modern exteria, it was completed only 2 years ago.
Inside you will find a bright reception area with a coffee bar and big comfy sofa's to enjoy the complimentary daily papers. The ground floor also houses the restaurant, which provides a sufficient continental self serve breakfast. It also caters for excellent oriental based lunch and dinners.
The rooms are understandbly well decorated, given it's age.
They are quite spacious and the bathrooms are complimeneted by modern glass and chrome facilities.
There are free hairdryers and if you do run out of the necessities, as I did, Reception keep a stock of toothbrushes and the like, which they will supply free of charge.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
We had a triple room which was ample for 2 adults and a teenager.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the free car parking and the excellent location just outside of central London. The nearest tube is just 5 minutes walk.
We have stayed here twice and on each occasion we felt that we were valued guests. For a mid range price hotel in a major city this is quite a rare qaulity.
A comfortable and safe neighbourhood means that this is a great choice for families that wish to drive to London and leave the car, and it won't break the bank.
