Superior quality , with friendly and efficient attentive staff.

The impression from the staff was that , they cared, they lisened and they were very well trained.

It is central and convenient and I shall certainly use it and furthermore RECCOMMEND it.

Excellent location for shopping, sightseeing, eating, drinking and nightlife. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good facilities and marvellous breakfast. My two adult(23 & 25)daughters and myself thouroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Helsinki and the Radisson SAS Royal contributed in no small way to our enjoyment of our stay.
