The West End location is excellent. Step inside and everything at the Grafton is designed to make you feel special - that means superior service and luxury levels (the Grafton has just been subject to a multi-million pound design makeover) but all without pretension. At the Grafton you're free to enjoy luxury on your own terms. The mood is smart, clubby, colonial and comfortable. Rooms are individually designed and totally clutter-free. They feature carrara marble bathrooms, percale cotton bedlinnen, Wenge hardwood furniture and bespoke Dixon Turner wallcoverings. All rooms also have guest-controlled air conditioning. Security is high with CCTV, throughout, and floor access by room key only. Suites include specially-commissioned designer furniture, Phillipe Stark bathroom suites and Bose sound systems among many unique features.

This is a really convenient location, only a minute from the tube (Warren Street), and close to Oxford Street etc.
The staff are really helpful, and there are nice personal touches. The decor is funky, with a good atmosphere in the bar (a bit pricey, but there are lots of nearby places to drink). The breakfast is fantastic!
The rooms have everything you want, and they have some good deals. We've been twice, and can't wait to try out their other hotels. I would recommend it to anyone.
