Terrible hotel...When we arrived one out of the three lifts were working...an hour later none were working and it stayed that way for the three days we were there. Air conditioning didn't work in our room....because of the heat we had to keep the window open at all times so had to listen to trains and train announcements all night. Staff were unhelpful and at times downright rude. Rooms were dingy and not overly clean. Breakfast was OK. It is cheap and cental but do yourself a favour and spend a few extra pounds and stay ANYWHERE else. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
