Very large hotel with lots of rooms and facilities. Personally, the hotel would suit families as there were lots of children around (and activities to suit them). It was very noisy at times with children running around the halls. Our room was clean and tidy. Staff were okay but felt at reception they could of been a bit more helpful. We had breakfast in the morning which was nice, the only downfall was a tour group were eating at the same time and it was very busy indeed! Killarney is expensive and this hotel was good price for the area.
