Great location for museums, restuarants, Harrods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but not cramped and nicely furnished. No traffic noise despite being at the front. Good breakfast. Would stay there again

Good location with friendly staff. The basement car park, which is accessed via a small vehicle lift, takes just four vehicles, so book well in advance!

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room very good en-suite facilities, and lovely breakfast the next morning.Excellent location for restaurants, entertainment, etc..and kensington high street, brilliant value for money, would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel, Friendly helpful staff, managed to get our 4x4 in the lift to the car park, just about fitted. The rooms are spacious and have good on-suite facilities. It was a good location for the Albert Hall where we had tickets for the evening.
We would go back if we are going to that part of London again.

The hotel is in a brilliant location- 10 mins walking from Kensington High St, Science Museum, Earls Court, 15 mins to Harrods.
The hotel itself is really clean and newly refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are spotless and spacious. All facilities you'd need- kettle, tv, ironing board, hairdryer.
Breakfast was simple but nice, staff were very helpful.
Only slight problem was noise from traffic, but if you request a back bedroom off road, this should be erradicated.
Overall brilliant hotel, brilliant location, extremely good value for money.

Excellent location for Earls Court. Rooms on the small side but that is expected for London, all areas exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very friendly, helpful staff. We booked Bed and Breakfast but this only was only continental breakfast.
