You'd be hard pushed to find a more reasonably priced hotel by the Croisette, with a pool in the centre of Cannes. The staff are really friendly and our room was cleaned daily. Expect to practice your French here as you are of course, in the heart of the Riviera. However, do not expect sea views, as the hotel is located directly opposite Cannes Train Station and a busy multi-lane road. The area is a haven for the homeless, but not for those seeking tranquillity. The windows are double-glazed and the hotel does have the security of CCTV. Don’t let the latter deter you if you are looking for an affordable place to stay.
