been to benidorm many times,this is our first stay in the old town and it was fantastic.The hotel was very nice,clean,and staff very friendly.Food very good.Although we like the night life in the new town we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in old town and its only 1euro on the bus to take you to the new town.The beach is only 2 minutes from hotlel and not as crowded as Lavante beach.Very impressed and would definitly go back to this hotel.

perfect position for those not wanting to be in the thick of it.20 mins to Old Town 20mins to Cala Finestrat.All rooms sea view, clean and well maintained.Breakfast ace,dinner not much choice and a bit similar but well cooked and hot.
Staff very pleasant. overall great place.

rooms excellent everyone faces the sea and the hotel lies back from the main road so there is very little road noise, you get the sun for the best part of the day in your rooms, the foods average but always something for everyone, the beach is excellent, the staff are great. on the down side there aren't many local bars open late in this area, you have to walk into the oldtown or bus to the new but don't let that put you off it makes up for it by its sea views and price, stayed there before and would definitely stay again by by.

Very smooth check in and out. Reception was never really busy - no long waits to speak to somebody. Rooms are good size for holiday type hotel. Adequate storage. Nice and clean. Good view from balcony but is shaded until afternoon. Facilities are good. Food is fairly good - on par with most 3 star hotels - reasonable choice but not exceptional - you should always find something you enjoy.
Car park is small and you have to pay 7 euros per day. Waste ground adjacent where you can park but being Benidorm take all "car hire" stickers off car. 4 lifts but they are small - carry only 5/6 people and there can be a delay at peak times such as meals. Entertainment is average - your usual Spanish singer/keyboard player plus 2 star cabaret/flamenco/magic etc.
Generally pleased with the Hotel and freindly, helpful staff.

Hotel was excellent, in a very nice area and just a 10/15min pleasant stroll along the prom to the old town centre. Staff very friendly, food good with plenty of variety and restaurant spotlessly clean. Secure room for leaving luggage if you have a late flight. On arrival, if you miss evening meal, a parcel of food is left in the room with a good variety in it. Sea and beach views from bedrooms. Visit Altea, a picturesque town and good small shops. Take the bus from the town centre, only 15mins.Plenty to see and do in Benidorm and will certainly be visiting again.

Just got back from this hotel,after a 2weeks stay,half board basis.Lovely hotel,fab location 2 mins from beach.About a 15min stroll to the old town,lots of shops,bars cafes and restaurants.Pool area nice n clean,wee bit small tho,not alot of parasols,enough chairs n tables,had to be up at crack of dawn to get a sunbed tho,but then again thats like most hotels!V nice rooms,plenty of wardrobe n draw space.Maids fab,rooms done daily n clean towels every day!Good choice of food 4 brekkie and hot!Evening meals v good,v hot 2,(choc mousse 2 die 4!!)Lovely v friendly staff. Thank u 2 all!Def would go back,FAB HOLIDAY!!!!
