Review of 'Pez Azul'

Really enjoyed my stay in Pez Azul. Good location nice 10 min walk to the centre of Puerto - although a steepish walk back to hotel. Excellent bus service to Santa Cruz and to both airports(buy your Bono- half price travel).Hotel staff were friendly and helpful - English widely spoken by staff. Room was clean and tidy - maid service very good.Self catering had everything required- maybe only a pot scrubber missing!Would recommend this accomodation to anyone wishing a clean friendly stay in a wonderful spot for New Year.

Very clean basic accomodation. Reasonably spacious. Reception staff very little english. Our only complaint was traffic noise, but we were located in a room at the road end of the building. This building is located at right angles to the road. Only the rooms at the road end of the building are therefore affected. Food reasonably good and very reasonably priced. If you wish to avail of the buffet breakfast or dinner, get in early to avoid conjested serving area.

A good clean apartment, recently refurbished. Bus service nearby - no need for taxis! If arriving by bus ask for stop by Hotel Melia.
Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet area.
The apartment I was allocated had excellent views towards mount Tiede, with afternoon sun on the balcony.
Reception very helpful.
