The hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and has a total of 53 rooms on 3 floors, of which 6 are singles, 45 are doubles and 2 are suites. Facilities on offer to guests include a spacious lobby with lifts, hire safes, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception desk. There is also a function room with a TV corner, a café, a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal, for an additional fee. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's laundry service. In addition, there are car parking facilities and a bicycle cellar as well as bike hire available.

This hotel is situated just off the Plaza Mayor, which makes it an excellent base for exploring Salamanca and accessing the many restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Our room was a little small but well equipped except there was no kettle. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with a wide selection of things to choose from. Parking can be arranged nearby priced 11 euros/24hours. Free internet access via the hotel's computer at reception. Overall, a great place to stay.
