Great location but facility a bit mediocore

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Salamanca, but don't stay here if you spend siesta in your room, or are not a sound sleeper.
We arrived late at night, tired after a long train ride. There was no doubt the guest in the next room was enjoying a good night sleep, as the snoring was loud enough, you could have sworn he was sleeping in our room.
The common areas are a bit run down, rooms very small - no place to put luggage and we travel fairly light.
The breakfast buffet was typical hotel fare.
For the price, it is okay. If you are looking for a European experience, this is not your hotel.
