What our customers say
I booked this hotel for a 2 night Mother and Daughter break. the location is fine and it is only a short walk to Queensway tube where you can get straight on the Central Line. However, we were very disappointed with the standard of accomodation. The staff couldn't speak English but I suppose that is no great shock in England. The room was tiny and the beds were uncomfortable. We went to breakfast on the first morning but gave up in the end and walked out. There is only 3 cereals up for grabs and people qued for toast. The staff, however brought about 5 sliced of toast out at a time! There was a mad rush to try to get some and I wasn't prepared to fight for toast! Needless to say that we went to Bella Italia for breakfast the next morning. We had to suffer cold showers as there was not enough hot water and on both nights we both couldn't sleep with general noise around due to the walls being seemingly very thin. I wouldn't bother staying at this hotel again.
