good location, clean, spacious rooms, BUT unfriendly reception, unfriendly breakfast 'supervisor'. Room 308 was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. The noise from the lift was like a pnumatic drill all through the night. The noise of the plumbing from surrounding rooms was like a machine gun. Will not return.
