When we arrived, (in the dark), I thought that the hotel was 'miles away from anywhere'. The reception area seemed dull and quiet. However, we were checked in efficiently and smoothly. Our room was fine but the view reinforced the feeling that we were...too far out. Breakfast was very nice...no queues..fresh food. The welcome meeting was very professional and informative. First impression of the pool and garden area was..lovely. We found that the families with children based their camp at the pool side, while those who wanted peace and quiet retreated into the ample delightful garden area. In the evening, we stated off with a drink at the outside bar. Andreas, and his staff were friendly and welcoming. We set out to walk to Protaras town centre. It was a 15 minute stroll across scrubland, (if u took the short cut) and there were bars on the way to call in to if u wished. Protaras has plenty to offer. Fabulous restaurants and numerous bars and shops. We had a great time and would definitely go again..both to the hotel and the resort.
