Lovely room, the hotel lobby was very 'cool' looking, the staff were attentive and breakfast was good apart from scrambled egg!! All in all I'd definitely stay again as the location is great!

Park Plaza Victoria a good London base

Having visited this hotel when it first opened, I am pleased to say that it still looks good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The bedrooms are clean and functional and the beds coasy, however, I felt the pillows could be softer. The bathrooms is great and has a good power shower. The breakfast if well presented with both a cold buffet and hot food which can be cooked to order or self service, the scrambled egg was a little sick looking but tasted good. The restaurant staff are welcoming in the mroning and keep the tea/coffee flowing! The bar and lounge are very comfortable whether it be for drinks or a afternoon meeting. All round a pleasant hotel and only a few minutes walk from Victoria Station, Green POArk and Buckingham Palace. A great location for both business and leisure. I will stay again.

Superb room, Superb staff could not fault the hotel, ideal location a stone throw from Victoria station. Overall pretty good!
